GolfBay.com.au provides a rapid and efficient shipping service through Australia Post delivery service to Australia and internationally. Orders can be dispatched to your home or work address. To receive your order by as quickly as possible you have to place your order before 12 mid-day.

AusPost offers the fastest, most reliable air and road-based delivery services in the nation. With more than 500 depots spread throughout Australia.

International
Outside of the Australia we offer a 20 AUD flat rate for global delivery on all GPS devices.

We take privacy very seriously at GolfBay.com.au and therefore do not disclose buyer’s information to any third parties. We will never collect sensitive or personal information without your explicit authority and consent to do so. All data is up to date and stored according to Data Protection Act 1998. You are able request to see and check your information we have at anytime by contacting us. All information is kept within the AEA (Australian Economic Area). We only collect information directly relevant to your order so we may swiftly process and dispatch your item. The information example we ask for includeS your name, address and credit card details.

Returns & Replacements

If you’ve received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a full refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the following conditions:

• The goods are returned in a brand new unused condition.
• You inform us via email at jameskelly08@yahoo.com detailing the goods you wish to return, the reason why you want to return them and your telephone number. You will then be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.
• Change of mind cancellation products must be returned within seven working days of receipt of your order.
• The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalised.
• You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us via email.
• Goods must be returned within 30 days.
• You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition, unused and in its original un-spoilt packaging.

You may decide to cancel your order up to 7 days after you receive the item/s. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us. We ask that you return the items in their original packaging and ensure that they are securely wrapped. You must pay for the return cost of the items to us. You will be refunded the total original cost plus shipping to you within 30 days of the return of items. We aim to resolve all queries or concerns before you return the item to us, please e-mail : jameskelly08@yahoo.com.

Common Questions

How do I track my order?
If you have an Express assignment or parcel number you can view the delivery status of your parcel. For Parcel Tracking Click Here. Alternatively you can track your package by contact us and quoting your reference number. We will then be able to help you find the location and progress of your package.

How much carriage do I pay on multiple items?
We only charge for international deliveries. Discount of 25% is applied to multiple item orders.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?
Yes. Items are dispatched Monday to Saturday (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Nobody was available to sign for the parcel?
If nobody was available to sign for the goods (This applies to Express Deliveries Only) AusPost will leave a card with details and phone number to call to arrange another delivery or collection.

When is the cut off point for next day delivery?
If you place your order before 12 mid-day on a weekday it will be dispatched the same day.

There is a problem with my delivery?
Contact us on via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we will be happy to help. Please remember if you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it to us using our returns policy.

Do you collect duties, tariffs or fees from outside Australia?
For international addresses, we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by the respective government or local agency.

Do you sell customer tailored orders?
Here at GolfBay.com.au we believe in customer choice and therefore offer tailored specific orders over. We pride ourselves on having a broad and exclusive range of golfing goods and if you cannot find a specific model on our web site we will be happy to help accommodate your requirements.
